The buyer/owner represents that they, he or she is of legal age and that the products made by Midwest Metalworks will be used in a lawful manner. Midwest Metalworks assumes no responsibility or liability for damage or injury as a result from use or misuse and any harm, injury, or unlawful use resulting from the sale, trade, use, travel or handling of any products from Midwest Metalworks. It is the responsibility of the buyer/owner to handle all Metalworks products he/she purchases with care and its intended use as a tool.
Metalworks, its subsidiaries, parent companies, divisions, heirs, employees, shareholders and other entitles WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL PUNITIVE AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Let it be known that when making a purchase from Metalworks that you "the buyer" agree to all the "Conditions of Sale".
*Metalworks does not sell illegal Switchblades or Automatic Knives of any kind.

Lifetime Warranty
Metalworks products are designed and built for use as cutting tools. Use of any of our knives for any purpose other than cutting is considered abuse. Metalworks warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, loss, improper handling, alterations, accident, neglect, disassembly or improper sharpening. If your product fails to function as it was designed, we will examine it's condition upon it's return to Metalworks offices, identify why it failed and respond in an appropriate manner. If we determine there is a defect in the manufacture/materials/workmanship, Metalworks will repair or replace that product with the same model or one of equal value at our own expense.
